Dr Beth Nolen has worked as a religious educator in multiple dioceses across Australia, and is widely known as the author of ‘Prayer Strategies: A Teacher’s Manual’. Beth’s doctoral research involved working with teachers and leaders across multiple schools to identify what led to meaningful, engaged teaching of Scripture. In 2024 Beth was a recipient of the Wornom Award from the international Religious Education Association, for her work with educators that resulted in early years learners finding rich meaning from the Genesis 2 creation story. Beth enjoys professional collaboration, and is working with people across multiple universities, nationally and internationally, to publish further work.
