The participants are taken on a journey through the great prayers in the tradition: origins, content and practice. You will be encouraged by a study of their origins, content and use, with practical suggestions for their practice and application. These prayers include the Lord’s prayer, the Hail Mary, the Sign of the Cross, the Rosary and others.
